In and Around Austin, Texas
Anytime of the year is a great time to be in Austin, but celebrations on the 4th of July capture the true feeling of the people who live and love the area. Everyone knows how important the music scene is to the people of Austin, so it's no surprise that Willie Nelson's 4th of July Picnic at the Backyard Concert Event is so popular.

Take a step back in time to the early 1900's in the true western tradition with horses, cowboys and cowgirls, a parade, re-enactment shoot-outs, concession stands, arts and crafts, kids entertainment, picnicking, volleyball, live music, and fireworks. Chicago July 4th Vacations
